Life can be chaotic with our busy schedules that we sometimes forget to just be or live in the moment. We even get so use to the chaos when we have time to just be in the moment, we find it difficult to control our thoughts and emotions. Actually there is nothing wrong with finding yourself in this place. These emotions and feelings are normal, we supposed to feel, but what happens when they become to much? This leads us to ask ourselves what does life look like to live a balanced life? How do we explore the End-List Possibilities of life and still find balance?

Meet the Owner and Therapist
Lushunda Wood is the founder and owner of End-List Possibilities,LLC. Lushunda obtained her BA in Sociology from USC-Upstate in 2004 and earned her graduate degree in Master of Social work from University of South Carolina in 2007. Lushunda became a Licensed Master Social Worker in 2008 and in 2017 she obtained her clinical license as a Licensed Independent Social Worker-Clinical Practice in 2017.
Lushunda has 12 plus years of experience that includes working with psychiatric, social, sexual assault, domestic violence, addictions, and environmental issues in the form individual, family, and group treatment. In addition, to assisting with coordination of care to community and state agency resources as needed. I have primarily worked with adolescents, young adults, and families in the capacity to include, advocacy, clinical, case management and educator.
Lushunda's therapy and is treatment approach grounded in strength based and system perspective that include therapy practice models of Cognitive Behavior, Psycho-dynamic, Solution Focused, Problem Solving, Task-Centered, and Crisis Intervention which are also adaptive to be culturally sensitive to address the needs of a diverse population.
